Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters” returns for a fifth season with a news cast of 13 award-winning chefs who are competing not only for bragging rights and the title of “Top Chef Master,” but also for $100,000 for their charity. We talked to host Curtis Stone, new head critic Gail Simmons, and a couple of the top chefs to hear about some of the excitement coming up this season (Skydiving Chefs?!), and what they love to cook most.
