“Wish I Was Here” Cast Explores Family Ties On-Screen and Off

The new movie from director Zach Braff (“Garden State”), Focus Features’ Wish I Was Here tells a funny, touching, universal story of what it means to be at a major crossroads as a parent, spouse, and child – all at once. NBCU Direct’s Janine Brady met with members of the movie’s on-screen Bloom family – Braff, Kate Hudson, Mandy Patinkin, Josh Gad, and Joey King – to see how they could relate.

Focus Features releases Wish I Was Here in select cities on Friday, July 18th and then in more theaters on Friday, July 25th.
