MICHAEL JACK AND EGYPT TALK ABOUT THIS YEAR’S “NONSTOP DAY OF GIVING”

In the spirit of giving this holiday season, NBC 4 New York is hosting its second annual “Nonstop Day of Giving” Telethon today from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m at the NBC Experience Store in 30 Rockefeller Plaza.

All through the day NBC 4 New York & New York Nonstop, along with its partners, are structuring programming around the power of charitable giving and volunteerism. This year, the station is aligned with City Harvest, the world’s first food rescue organization feeding the hungry of New York City, as well as new media partner, radio station WBLS FM (107.5), and returning media partner WOR-AM (710) radio. Both radio stations will be broadcasting at times throughout the day from the NBC Store.

NBC 4 New York will also feature live highlights direct from Rockefeller Center with celebrities, local dignitaries, and key business people who will talk about their charities and the importance of giving.

We spoke with President & General Manager of NBC 4 New York Michael Jack, and Egypt of WBLS FM (107.5) to get their take on today’s event:
