CALLING LOCALLY-FOCUSED, NON-PROFIT NEWS ORGANIZATIONS IN KEY MARKETS: NBC WANTS TO HEAR FROM YOU

NBC Local Media is looking for non-profit, locally-focused news organizations to help local NBC television stations gather and report news in the following markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Washington, DC, and Hartford-New Haven.

The relationships NBC hopes to build between their local media teams and non-profit organizations will be modeled after an existing partnership between KNSD, the NBC-owned station in San Diego and voiceofsandiego.org, a non-profit news organization.
