The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Hollywood hosted the U.S. premiere of Focus Features’ Dallas Buyers Club, and NBCUDirect takes you onto the red carpet where actors and producers were discussing their movie inspired by true events. The drama stars Matthew McConaughey as Ron Woodroof, the real-life Texan whose self-interest was galvanized into something much more, with Jennifer Garner and Jared Leto.
