NBC and G4 have teamed once again to bring summertime audiences the heart-racing competition series “American Ninja Warrior.” The action-packed one-hour series follows competitors as they tackle the world’s most difficult obstacle courses in qualifying and finals rounds across the country. Those that successfully complete a course in each city move on to the national finals round in Las Vegas, where they face a stunning four-stage course modeled after the famed Mt. Midoriyama in Japan.

We sat down with ANW host Matt Iseman to get the lowdown on the courses, the contestants, and which celebrity he would most like to see compete on the courses!
